Do some of these items daily until your home sells, try to do as many of the easier ones all at one time to maximize your efforts:

 

• Make sure the landscaping looks great! First Impressions are the most important!

• Plant new colorful flowers in the beds and add mulch where needed

• Clean and pressure wash the driveway if needed, don’t leave it looking stained or molded
• Check out the mailbox, does it need repairs? Do them if needed
• Paint and repair front door as needed, replace door handle if needed
• Replace front light fixtures as needed
• Replace or repaint house numbers as needed
• First look inside must be a positive, keep clean and uncluttered
• Make the house smell good, use scents like apple cinnamon or vanilla or cookies
• Keep the inside of the house looking bright and open, when showing turn lights on and open blinds as needed to add natural light
• Soft music playing is good if you can, use an iPod player if available to avoid commercials
• Make sure and keep the house clean, hire a professional if needed, especially all bathrooms and kitchen and master bed and bath
